How we think about building this.
Every claim is cited.
If our model says it, we point to the page, the exhibit, the footnote. No floating numbers, no hallucinated revenue. The public record is the source of truth.
The reader stays free.
The default EDGAR experience is from 1995. We rebuilt it. Anyone can use it without an account. The public record should be readable by the public.
Speed is a feature.
If the memo lands after the press release, it's worthless. We optimize the entire pipeline — index, parse, reason, deliver — for the second after a filing drops.

We're a small team based across New York and remote. Half of us came out of buy-side and sell-side research desks. The other half came out of infra and ML at companies you've heard of. We meet in the middle.
We hire people who've actually had to read a 280-page 10-K at 11pm. They're the only ones who care enough to fix it.
